The Ups & Downs of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Unlocking Value  As a 21-year-old college student, I believe that I have been able to become an expert in a very complex component of the real estate world. More specifically, commercial real estate brokerage. Of all the hobbies, jobs, and extracurricular activities I have spent time on in my life. I believe that this is one that I seem to have grasped a lot better than the others.  As a young kid, I watched my father handle phone calls at the most inconvenient times just to satisfy a client's needs. I would go to his office, stamp his letters for his mailer campaigns, staple broker opinions of values, and see how hard you have to work. in the business.  Book 1 Blog 1 9/20  Putting The Rabbit In The Hat has allowed me so far to see how some people you may think you know, even after watching them for a whole month straight, have a whole entire life that they were brought up on. From what I have read, I knew about only one percent of one of my favorite actors from my favorite tv shows. That one percent was that he is Scottish. A specific part of the book which I resonated with was when Brian wrote "These days out, as well as creating a close bond between me and my mother, instilled in me a love for travel".   Commercial Real Estate Agent   Almost every job has its own tempo,  from early mornings, to handling complex projects. There is almost always a portion of time in between when one clocks in and clocks out where they realize that they use the same few "traits" or "attributes" day in and day out. Since this is my third year being involved in the commercial real estate brokerage world, I have noticed a handful of qualities in myself that I use on the daily, anytime I am on the job which seem to compare to some other fields of work as well.  Some fields of work that I seem to compare to on the daily are: A Detective An Analyst Marketing Manager  Hearing these comparisons to a real estate agent may seem confusing but I will be explaining how I can somewhat resonate with some of the people who have this title as their job.  Detective A detective's main job is to figure out whatever case they are working on and to gather as much evidence as they can in order to ...
